I think i have this rls thing. when i go to sleep i feel like i have to move my left leg(i just feel a NEED to move it)and if i don't move it, it just kicks all by itself. it doesn't "allow" me to sleep.
so i stay up untill 2 or 3 in the morning, to be tired enough to fall fastly asleep.or i go to bed earlier and have sex( guaranteed to fall easily asleep after that, but no every-day-solution).
no wonder i'm like a zombie.
the funny thing is though, when i have the possibility to sleep an hour or so in the afternoon, the stupid leg doesn't bother me.
