To me, this sounds like pediatric fibromyalgia. Do a search on fibromyalgia and you will understand more about it. If it were only the legs hurting, I would say RLS, but him being in pain alot, it sounds like much more, please check into it, see if he has any of the other symptoms that go along with fibro.
