new to board..burning pain

Hi everyone
after many many sleepless nights ive decided to do some research. My legs ache..so bad...all day..but especially at night..or when im lying down..they burn..no matter what i do..they ache and burn so bad...
just the last few nights ive tried ben gay..just to try to get some relief.Yesterday i made a Dr appointment..but i dont see him till next week.
Hopefully i'll get some answers..my arms also hurt..not as bad as my legs do though..
