Im new here, i am looking for advice on my aching leg, Im not sure if its restless leg syndrome or not.
its only my right leg that aches, from the hip to the knee, and its been aching nearly everyday for a year or so,probably longer. I only get it after sitting down, no matter what position I sit in and it tends be worse in the evenings (though that might be because i sit for longer the evening) and it hurts through the night to.
once the aching starts i cant do much to get rid of it, though standing up and moving round helps , It wont go away usually till the next morning.`
Ive not seen a doctor about it because I think they would think im stupid. but im tired of the pain and want to do somethimg about it.
Im 18 so I dont think its arthritis or anything like that.`
