for me, but I'm sure going to try it! :-)Any antihistime (including Benadryl) makes my RLS much worse. Although I don't recommend it
(because of possible side effects), plain aspirin (in rather large doses) works for me. (Of
course, I also take the obligatory calcium and magnesium supplements.)I'm 62 years old. This is a most frustrating disorder, since most doctors have no clue as to
what's happening. It can be agonizing (like the "Chinese water torture") if it goes on all night.
