(I have asked her to wake me and i will sleep elsewhere but she has a tough time waking me up!!). We have been together 8 years and she is sure that this is just recent. I am 41 years old. There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that changed 10 months ago. I do it when im really tired and i do it when i can hardly get to sleep. I do it when i have had a couple of drinks and when i am sober. I really don't want to get twin beds, but I am feeling really guilty - especially since my sleep patterns have been great lately. I have never even heard of this until i saw this board, so any information, no matter how basic would be appreciated. For such a stupid thing it sure can cause major problems.
