Help! I suffer so terribly from this that some nights I am still awake at 6 am. I constantly am sleep deprived which is ruining my work and personal life.It is even becoming bad when I have to drive, sit in a theater on a plane etc. Even sitting on the sofa to watch TV can be miserable. Some nights it is so bad I wish I could just dive off the balcony from the bedroom. It truly is ruining my life and health! I am a 46 year old woman who used to be very active but now because of job demands and a severly broken foot 6mos ago I am not active and have gained a lot of weight. I really need sleep. Can anyone suggest help? I have tried accupuncture (made it worse!) nutritional aids and things like Sleepinall(just make me bounce) the orthopedist who treated my broken foot suggested quinine(like the old product Qvell) didn't help either.
