Does anyone know what the difference is between RLS and PLMS(Periodic Limb Movement Syndrome)? I don't have the creepy crawlies, my legs pull up. Every night. 6 - 8 hours a night. When am I supposed to get some sleep? I've suffered (and I do mean suffered) with this for at least 30 years.
If you know the difference could you please let me know what it is? Thanks!
