: I am in my early 20's and for the past 2 or 3 years have been living with servere pain and cramping in my calfs... They hurt to touch, and to walk on. About 3 times a week I wake during the night with unbearable cramping in them. If anyone has heard of this before please write to me... : : Thank you Deadra Deadra Heard of it! I have been living it for years. First, a neurologist can help. There are meds to help your muscles relax at night. I know, most people don't like to take medications but when the pain is bad enough you won't care. Second:I have found that wearing socks {not tight ones]to bed keeping my feet warm helps. Third:When you have a really bad cramp that won't quit, icing it helps. Hope this helps. Chris
