I have been reading the other messages from other people.For a long time I thought what I felt in my legs were all in my head .At least now I know it's not.Sometimes my legs keep me awake for hours at night.My husband doesn't unterstand that I can't stop moving them all of the time. It used to just happen at night but here recently it happens during the day to.Please someone let me know what all has helped them
