I have had RLS for as long as I can remember, although now I would call it Periodic Limb Movement as my arms have joined in on the "party." While pregnant with my second child, I happened to ask a midwife if she had heard anything about this condition. She read that it can be a symptom of anemia. I never test anemic but I have other symptoms like a severe craving to chew ice all the time, so I thought this could be possible. She suggested I take 1-3 Tablespoons a day of Liquid Cloryphyll (sp?), and I have found that when I take it regularly, it drastically reduces my RLS episodes. I am now pregnant with my 3rd (my RLS symptoms seem to get worse with pregnancy) and can definitely tell when I've not kept up with taking Liquid Cloryphyll (sp?) I've also taken Dandelion Root capsules, but have not noticed as much of a difference. I hope this works for someone!
