: : : I have replied and written my own message on this board. I am exhausted and this is the 40th hour of no
: : : sleep. I do not even know if I have RLS. ALl I know is that my legs are jumping every night from 9pm until4 am and then I have to get up for work at5:30 and teach 2 and 3 years olds.
: : : I finally made a doctor's apt with a specialist on Thursday but until then I do not think I can make it. is there anyone who can calm my nerves. Then I read things like
: : : RLS leads to fibromalasia? what is that? then I read hochkins disease and Burgerman's can also be a result of RLS? is this true? does any one know?
: I have to say I disagree with the person who wrote to drink a liter of tonic water befroe going to bed. You'll be up all night going to the bathroom! I have found SOME relief, but not 100% in cutting out the caffine from my diet. I am amazed at the difference that makes. I wonder if those of us who have RLS have, perhaps, a true intolerance to caffine? best wishes, your hours of agony are those I know very well, but my RLS is all the time. Try sitting at a red light with your foot on the brake and jittery legs!
100 leg presses helps tire and relaxes my legs..
