Not quite sure if what I have is restless leg syndrome. My legs don't jerk by themselves, but if I'm sitting for a long period of time, or sleeping, I get a creepy feeling that I just can't describe. No pain, but just the need to stretch my legs or tighten the muscles. It's as if I don't, I'll go nuts..but it's like I said, it's nothing that I could describe. Walking does relieve it a bit. Sometimes I feel it in my upper arms. AM I NUTS!!!!!!??????
