: : I am new to this board. I am so sleepy during the day I sometimes can't drive. My feet and legs do ache all the time, but I don't have chronic pain. This is strange, but I can't wear sandals because my feet freeze and ache all the time. Every night I have to stretch my muscles in my calves and feet before going to sleep. I've never heard of this syndrome. Could this be symptoms of restless leg syndrome? Who should I see about this? Thanks for the help.
: same thing here. Iv'e been like this for a year-nonstop. It really is hell. No doctors can help either.
I have had RLS of and on over the years - not to the point however where I can't sleep. But within the last few years I too have had trouble staying awake. My feet have really been bothering me and have recently been diagnosed as having tarsal tunnel (same as carpal tunnel but in the ankle). Have been wearing orthotics in my shoes the last couple of weeks. But now my legs are hurting constantly. Funny but I never related the sleepiness to the legs. I too would really appreciate getting info about this.
