:s Disease? I noticed some earlier posts that mention Sinemet as a treatment which is widely used for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease.

: : From what I understand, no. It'sjust that they think it originates in the brain too, and some Parkinson's drugs do help.

: The Parkinson's drugs tell the brain to "quiet" down limbs...thus, it calms RLS (which I have, and do take levo/carbadopa)

My mother has Parkinsons Disease and I have RLS. I asked the doctor about that and he said they don't know if somehow they are related and past down from one member of the family to another. However, Parkinson medicine seems to help RLS.
