: I have sufferred with rls for 12 years. I am debating on whether to try magnetic blankets and mattress covers. Has anyone tried this techniuque. I also suffer from rls in my arms.
My husband has recently been working with magnetic therapy a bit. He has had RLS for years and has now found that magnetic insoles ehlp him tremendously. He wears them sometimes during the day, but wears them at night in bed with socks on. works great.
