Can I put in a word for T'ai Chi? I too have had rls for several years, but diagnosed onnly about 6 months ago. About 2 years ago started taking T'ai Chi classes twice a week (and now know the form well enough to do it on mu own daily), and the improvement in my rls and arthritic type symptoms have all but gone away. Lynn
