Can I put in a word for T'ai Chi? I too have had rls for several years, but diagnosed onnly about 6 months ago. About 2 years ago started taking T'ai Chi classes twice a week (and now know the form well enough to do it on mu own daily), and the improvement in my rls and arthritic type symptoms have all but gone away.
