Wow! After reading some of the postings, I've realized that this is indeed what bothers me
from time to time! When the legs bother me, which can happen suddenly while at rest or even
wake me from sleep, I feel like I need to run or bike like a lunatic! When my hands feel
restless I try to shake them, but it really doesn't work. I have noticed that it seemed to occur
more frequently when taking herbal supplements while trying to lose weight. There seemed to
be a connection between the two. Has anyone ever heard of the restlessness being an effect
resulting from herbal supplements? Thanks.
