Male Body Hair

i am 17 and, apart from downstairs and in the pits,i don't have much body hair,i mean i don't have much leg,arm,chest or facial hair!! i know this is unusual but a) is this a real turn-off for women and b) how long will it take,if ever, before i have a reasonal amount of body hair? Thanks - Graham
