Women don't have 'cum' or semen, in response to your "women and cum... does it happen" subject.
Some women secrete excess vaginal lubrication fluids or eject urine during orgasm, perhaps as a trained response from seeing male ejaculation. But when this happens I really doubt it's going to make your orgasm better.
