Mine were inflamed and clogged. He said they are not warts in my case, and that ladies need to soak in baths esp after sexual intercourse, as showers do not help keep the glands from plugging up. Sure enough after a long hot bath, it was much better and a day later it was all gone. But see a GYN to be sure it is not anything else.
