You can get rubber dams....kind of like what the dentist puts over your mouth...i'm sure there's another name for them but i can't rememeber it. I have no idea where you find them....you might be able to get them in the drugstore now, i'm not sure.
either way it's just a barrier shield you put between you and the guy's mouth...obviously not as pleasurable as without one..but better to be safe than sorry.
