white tongue

out 2 months ago I was giving oral sex to someone. WIthin 48 hours I noticed that
my tongue had turned white (it had never been white before). I have been tested for
STD's and all results are negative. I do not have thrush either. There is no pain
involved and the dr. said that it is an excess of bacteria. I have been prescribed
antifungal lozenges, and an anti bacterial antibiotic. I have tried vitamin c and making
sure I take in penty of fluids. I''ve been brushing my tongue, gargling with salt water,
and gargling with hydrogen peroxide. Still, after a few hours, especially when I wake
up in the morning, my tongue still has this white coating on it. THe taste buds stay
white even after everything I try. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it.
