Purple Puss-Villed Bumps on Vulva, Inner Thigh Area...STD????

I have only had sex a couple of times (2 different guys, both with condoms) and have only received oral sex from two different guys...ever since (I forget whether before I lost my virginity or after) I've been getting these awful bumps on my outer vaginal lip, near where it meets my thigh. They start out as hard cartlidge-like under the skin, then seem to rise up. They eventually get purplish, but they usually pop (i pop them) and puss comes out, sometimes blood if i keep at it. What are these things?!??!!!
