Hi, I'm experiencing extremely dry skin which is causing flaking. also, the head of my penis is dry and toughened and is looking abnormally wrinkled. There have been spots on the head almost splitting in a line but not bleeding. Does anyone know what this could be and how to treat it? Please help. G.
