They could be 2 things. Stimulators or possibly genetal warts. Stimulators are about the size of a pin head and are found mostly around the top of the rim of the penis head. They are like little sensors and are there for when you have sex, so you can get stimilated and keep an erection(some "stimulators" are larger than others). Have you ever had sex? How long have you noticed these bumps? If you have had sex then they might be genetal warts. Observe them everyday and if they start to change color, grow larger, or anything else then go to a doctor and have them checked out. I suggest if you have had sex befor that you get checked out anyway, especially if it was unprotected sex. If you have any questions then email me.
