What you are describing could be what they call a sebaceous cyst. These bumps occur when a hair follicle becomes blocked, and a pore becomes clogged. Normally one would be told to leave it alone and forget about it, there is no treatment needed. However.....A sebaceous cyst CAN become infected if you try to pop them for instance, and become inflamed. This is when treatment is needed. A cyst becoming infected doesn't happen to often. They usually go away after time, and it can take years. But they are very common on males. Your doctor can remove it for you. Again this is only a possibility. It could be something else. I'd say go let your doctor have a look. Best of luck
