I didn't have anything on my penis or genitals for about a year or so. Then one day I discovered that I had bumps on my penis\shaft area. I thought it was an ingrown hair or something, so I thought nothing of it. Its been many months since I noticed these bumps, and there still there.. I think I have genital warts but I am not sure. I dont really want to go to the health department, because I live in a small town and my mother works there. I really dont feel like anyone other than me knowing about this.
