My girlfriend and I have gental warts. I do not have any active warts myself, but she does.
It has really been getting in the way of our sex life lately. A lot of times when we make love, it starts to hurt(for her) so bad that we have to stop.
She has been using the podophilox(sp?) gel stuff for about 2 months and the warts just will not go away. Just when she is about to get rid of them all, 5 more show up! She is going to start using Aldara soon, hopefully with more luck...
She keeps very clean down there, and doesnt scrub "down there", just washes lightly. She does like to take long baths though, and I was thinking that might spread the virus. Also, we do use condoms every time we make love(which is about 2 or 3 times a week).
If you have ANY recomendations whatsoever, or any sort of adive or tips on how to get rid of those things, please let me know, please.
Hope to get a reply back from you...we could really use your help and advice...
