i have noticed very very tiny white bumps on foreskin, im uncircumsized . When i pull the skin front they come right on tip of foreskin that covers the head. But when i pull the skin back they obviously come on back of foreskin. They are very small when i put rub it feels like rough skin. could this be normal bumps or this could be genital warts
