I have sensitive skin (actually rather dry) and it's prone to acne rosacea and I use this cleanser. It cleans my skin with no irritation (it has no alcohol and no soap). I've heard that both Almay and Clinique, contrary to their marketing, are harsh and filled with things like irritating alcohol. The Phisoderm makes your skin soft and smooth after use. Try it!
