I have natural light brown hair and usually have a few highlights on my part line. Yesterday I darkened my hair because I had some major outgrowth. Now it's way to dark for my complexion. Basically, I don't want to spend a ton of money on 4 or 5 highlights. Can anyone give me some tips on highlighting myself?
