I started having problems recently with the nails lifting and white streaks from the tip of nail towards the cuticle. The lifted nails became green and painful. I saw my physician who took a culture and it came back with NO fungus. She tells me there is nothing more to do but wait for the nails to grow out. They are growing out with ridges and bumps. Can you give me suggestions re what I should do in the future to help strengthen my nails. They are thin and split easily, which is why I used the hardener in the first place.
