I have a reoccurring rash around my mouth and under/over my eyes. I thought it was an allergic reaction to something but I don't know what because everything that I have used in the past month I have had before. I tried over-the-counter creams and it goes away but then comes back 3 days after its cleared up. Please HELP!!! someone please.
