: I've had terrible yellow fungus toenails for years. I tried taking Lamisil tablets but it was too hard on my stomach to continue taking. On Penlac, i know it's very expensive.. but does anyone know if it works? thanks
Penlac: too much money, and not very effective. See a podiatist to have nails permanently removed surgically. Nothing to it. I had it done recently on 4 toenails after 20 years of frustration. Procedure is absolutrly painless and takes about ten minutes. Heals in about 8 weeks (wear open toe sandals). Thick skin forms in the nailbeds. Looks better than real nails. Women can apply nail polish. GB.
