: : i have greasy hair and baaaaaaaaaaaaad dandruff!!! what can i do? i have tried every thing!! HELP
: There is a site with a message board for all types of hair problems and helps called
: longhairlovers.com. Hope you can find some help there!
You could use a shampoo by Redken called 'Solve' which will help to get rid of the flaking, and will cleanse the hair shaft of the excess oils. In al actuality, hair does not contain oil, it comes from the scalp and travels down the hair shaft. Try washing your hair in water that is more tepid than hot as the hot water will only aggravate the oil production. Wash your hair for a full 5 minutes, and rinse for the same amount of time. Sometimes, it can actually be shampoo residue that is flaking, and not actually dandruff.
