If you have been using retin-A it could depend on the strength and amount you are using if it is red and noticeable then you are using too much try to not emphasize on getting rid of them to quickly and maybe just using less of the retin-A product. Retin A is known to take layer's off of the skin surface and the eye area is after all way to delicate for too much of it there is no fast cure for aging.
