Hi. I have permed hair that turns frizzy after drying. I want the "ringlet" look. I have tried
a hair serum, which seems to be the best but it makes my hair look greasy! Would
like to hear some ideas that have worked for someone else. Also, I just bought the
Pantene Hydrating Curls shampoo& conditioner - not real sure that it's helping.......
