I have it exactly where you have it - basically all over and I'm 33 and it's no where near going away. I've read that Carmol 40 works well but it requires a prescription. I haven't made it to the doctor's yet, but I am soon. Also, have heard that laser hair removal works, because if you look closely, the red bumps are where the hair follicles are. Keep us posted!! : Well,your not alone.Mine doesnt seem as bad as yours but try a dermatologist and I find that baby powder sometimes helps it a little.
