Hi,
As an esthetician i recommend waxing your upper lip. If you go to someone whos been doing it awhile and knows what there doing it will be less painfull. You would have to keep up with it monthly or depending on your hair growth. After the first 2 or 3 times it won't it phase you anymore. If your in the cleveland area let me know. Dana
