i have an caucasian and i have a fairly normal shade of skin... not too far, not too dark. however, especially in the winter, my face and upper arms get blotchy. it starts out as like a little tough patch, and then flakes off and leaves my skin bleached out. its been a long time. 3-5 years i would say. what is this ???
