im 49 an off an on for the last few years ive been having hair loss. it has been more pronounced now though. ive been coloring my hair but ,when it was falling out b4 i was even not coloring it. could it be due to peri-menopause? im going for a check-up soon an am going to have my hormone levels checked an also see if i have a thyroid problem because my dad had one many yrs ago. also, has anyone had any luck using vita-tress biotin shampoo by nexxus? i take vitamins too. my hair could use a touch up, but im afraid too.
