: I tried to get "Dry Sol" per-recommendations from this board, but the pharmacy people said I needed a prescription first. : my question: why do I need a prescription for this?? how silly..so now I have to make an appt. with a dermatologist (?) : and simply tell them what I already know..what a waste of time! Does anybody know how to stop really persistent and problematic : underarm sweat w/o 'dry sol,' or is this the really only good product??

AMY, I feel your pain but this dry-sol really works. I just started it this week and I only used it twice. My sweat problem is completely gone. 26 years of sweating...well since birth and I am healed. I just called my dermatologist and he perscribed it over the phone. Just remember you do not need to use it every day because some skin irritation may occur. But to me it is the best thing out there. Good luck.
