OK, all I have been able to find out for you is that you could have one or several different things wrong that is making the skin peel. You could have a contact or irritant allergic reaction, or you could have a form of psoriasis or excema. Ususlly, the latter shows itself by beginning as tiny blisters, or red, itchy skin. An allergic reaction will show up as red, itchy, burning and swollen skin before it starts to peel, but this is in severe cases. A dermatologist would be more capable of determining exactly what is causing this condition and prescribe the proper medication. In the meantime, wear gloves whenever you use household cleaning solvents or have your hands in water. Water can be an irritant for already sensitive skin.
