: : : : Hi, I was just wondering if anybody as had the laser hair removal done on their upper lip? I am getting the procedure done next month and an not sure what to expect. Do you notice a difference right away? Is it really painful? What will I look like afterwards? Thanks for your help, Dawn

: : : Dawn, I has laser done on my chin and upper lip. No, it was not painful, just a little uncomfortable. However,I spent quiet a large amount of money for this and it was not successful at all. I hope you have better results.

: : Julie, Did you notice any results right after you had it done? My hairs are fine black hairs so I am hoping to have good results. I am paying 360 to get my cheeks, upper lip and chin done. Are there any other methods you have tried to get rid of the unwanted hair that was successful?

: Hi Dawn, I NEVER saw ANY positive results! My hairs were also fine black hairs. The dermatologist told me the best results were with that type hair.So I spent $400 each visit (3) and it just didn't work on me. I have several friends who have had positive results, so I suppose it just depends on the individual. I have not used anything else yet, but I think I will try the new creme Vanqua. You can get it by prescription, and everything I have read about it so far has been positive. However, I think you have to use it forever. But for me, it would be well worth the effort. Good luck to you.
kathy - my facial hair is very thick and course,
I am very interested in vanqua and am wondering
where to get info on this cream. I literally
have tried everything except a sex change
operation. I can't stand this anymore and
vangua sounds good but I want to know before
I go to the expense of seeing the doctor and
paying for the cream. I have no insurance and
have already sunk a ton of money into this hairy
situation. please anyone who has tried vanqua
please respond with your results. thank you.
