Dry Sol/Certain dry products

First off, I am a 19 year old male. I have had this problem for as long as I can remember.

I have a sweating problem. I can no longer wear tshirts because I sweat through them. For a while I could wear two shirts, but now I sweat through both of them. Now I have to wear a tshirt to trap the sweat and I wear larger button up or polyester shirts over the tshirt to keep the sweat from becoming visable.

I don't like doing this. First, it is gross. I don't like having to wear a sweat-soked tshirt. Second, It limits the type of clothing I can wear.

Will Dry Sol or Certain Dry work for me? Are either of these products over the counter, so I won't need a prescription?
