: First off, I am a 19 year old male. I have had this problem for as long as I can remember.
: I have a sweating problem. I can no longer wear tshirts because I sweat through them. For a while I could wear two shirts, but now I sweat through both of them. Now I have to wear a tshirt to trap the sweat and I wear larger button up or polyester shirts over the tshirt to keep the sweat from becoming visable.
: I don't like doing this. First, it is gross. I don't like having to wear a sweat-soked tshirt. Second, It limits the type of clothing I can wear.
: Will Dry Sol or Certain Dry work for me? Are either of these products over the counter, so I won't need a prescription?
: Thanks.
I hear you, I have the same problem. As a girl, it's even MORE annoying because I can't wear form fitting and/or cute shirts.
I guess you can only get Dry Sol through a prescription and I have bought Certain Dri at a drug store, but I don't think it has worked for me.
Here's another advantage you have though, I haven't been using the Certain Dri *consistantly* because when I shave, the stuff REALLY stings and
is impossible to wear, so...I'm not gonna stop shaving!
I would say go to the doctor, I haven't gotten around to the doctor yet because I am just too busy, but I too am getting annoyed at wearing
certain clothing items because of this.
Good luck..
