: I have acrylic nails and yesterday my acrylic nail ripped off along with my real nail. All that's left is skin, and it's all red. I am in horrible pain, is there anything I can do to help.
The same thing happened to me on my thumb.I cover mine with a bandage. It will take a long time to grow back.
