Growing a body hair!!!!

I am Asian thirty years old male.
I am deeply hairless, and breast hair also isn't.
A girl friend likes the dark male of a body hair.
I also admire the male whom breast hair grows.
Please teach a method and medicine to grow breast hair and make a mustache dark.
It may be true though it has heard that "Rogaine" is effective for a body hair also ?
