im 18 and i had folliculitis when i was around 13 or 14. the first dermatologist i went to told me i had flea bites, because i had the pimples on my legs. obviously i got a second opinion, well the second doctor gave me cream to put on the pimples and they just went away, the dermatologist should've definetly given you something for it, i would go back and ask them about it...
